Interest rate same as Payment amount

I am very saddened and feel cheated like I have been ******. Took out a personal loan a few years ago, due to financial issues I volunteered to be under debt review. I always paid my account, then when I was no longer over-indebted I then requested to be removed which was then granted. But seems my Capitec loan account has never seemed to go went down . And now that I am out, my interest is the same as my installment , meaning my payments made dont affect my balance going down. I spoke to several consultants about this. and was promised a call back so it can be escalated. What is the point of paying if I will be paying off for the rest of my life? I have been with Capitec for years and very loyal. But I honestly cannot be paying and my amount stays the same. Has not changed , and has been the same even though I pay every month. I hope someone can get back to me with this
