Interest rate dropped and Capitec didn’t get the memo
I would like to know why my INTEREST rates have not gone down. This is both for my loan and credit card.

Short term loans are not affected by a decrease in interest rates as they are fixed. Thus there was no budge in my repayment amount. Thank you for this clarity.
