Interest PAYBACK!!!
I have been up and down trying to get an answer on when the interest will be paid back to my loan account and no one has been able to give me an answer. I was referred to the collections department but still can get through. 6 months ago Capitec sent sms's with regards to interest being paid back towards loan account after the covid 19 relief break, the money was supposed to be paid back towards the loan account after 6 consecutive payments but till this day nothing.
Currently my installment is R5512.23 with 4 payments remaining that's R22048.92 yet my outstanding balance is R20489.18.
The amount I was supposed to get in interest back was around R1200*2 on my final payment.
Can someone please explain whats going on?
