Interest going up every month
My wife took a loan with Capitec and has never defaulted on her payments. She is infact paying more that the agreed installments. The problem we have discovered is that there is an extra amount added after paying. Last month it was R700 and this month R800. How do they do it? Shouldnt interest if it is go down as you get closer to closing off the loan? Something is not right and we are not getting proper explanation from Capitec.
