Interest distress

I fixed money for a period of 6 months with capitec in the month of June with a 7.45 % interest rate then I chose an option of reinvesting the cash I was advised I’ll earn interest on top of interest of which I didn’t in the month of June it was ohk I guess but August instead of the money growing there was a drop drastically and they charged me R251 for fixing my money with them of which it’s not on the contract I signed and I was never advised about that issue about my money we logged a case with a reference number ***0 at the Kriel branch on the 16 of August today there was feedback stating they calculate per day that doesn’t make sense to me and they don’t wanna help me ladies at the call center they can’t even calculate they do assumptions and they not helpful at the branch level they did their best I must say the CEO must deligate people with a desire to help as for me I rest my case my number ***0
