Integrity, Security and Client service

If Anyone is wondering about the security and integrity of staff members at Capitec Bank... This is my story. I lost my ID some time ago and today I was called by the staff member from Capitec I visited during the time I lost my ID. The Lady had my ID all along and tried to get hold of me but since she is not allowed to check the system for personal information she had to use other methods to get my information to inform me that she indeed had my ID with her. Now that is security, Integrity and client service.... Will ALWAYS recommend them as a Bank!
