I've have logged complaint last week with Capitec Bank regarding them debiting my account 3times for the first premium what pain is that their communication is very poor and don't care about its clients this my is my son school fees money they took and I'm in arrears due to them this ....I'm even thinking of escalating this to FAIS Ombudsman
