Insurance Claim

Good Day

I would like to take this time to say thank you to the consultant at Capitec bank in Extension 5 Eldorado Park. I went to the bank on the 29 June 2024 at 09h00am to make a claim for death insurance, my father-in-law passed on and it was my first time that I have ever made a claim. The gentle man took my BI form and the death certificate and did everything for me and once he was done, he gave me a reference number when I asked him which number must I call to make a follow up with regards to the claim he told me that he will call me by 13h00 pm to update me but I did not have to do anything on my side. By 13h00 pm they paid me out, I was so shocked and impressed by the service I received and the quick pay out I am upset for not getting the gentle man's name because he is truly gold. Thank you so much for the great service keep it up .
