Insurance claim

I had a loan I took with capitec,that I have been paying every month,I lost my job and took the termination letter to capitec because I was told and my contract says the loan is insured in an event of no income ,when I get there they say it means retrenchment mind you the contract doesn't mention that .now I'm un employed how am I supposed to pay?worse I'm even having the contract saying incase of lost of in come,I know if you resigned you will not be covered by in this case employer terminated the contract. Can I please be assistance to get legal assistance or help from Ombudsman please 🙏.
