Insurance Claim
Good morning l have put up a claim with Capitec bank on Friday at 12h11( 20.09.2024) and l haven't received any funds.At the moment l am stuck abroad and can only deal with the matter online. They have options for this however we have not been assistes. The account on Twitter stated that they are working on the matter however we have still not received assistance. This is really disheartening during an already difficult time.

At this point I'm convinced you're just saying this to act like something is being Done. Where is the consultant that was supposed to reach out to us today? Where is an email with an update? Where is the payout? It is now 4 days later
