Insurance at Capitec no use at all.
Hi. So i have a credit card and a personal loan with Capitec. My payments was always up to date never had a problem. With all loans and with the credit card i have that insurance they offer if some thing happenstance. Oktober 2017 i had a near death experience leaving me un fit for work, work retrenching me due to medical reasons...... Capitec just emailed me back and said there insurance arent paying... thet has given me such a bad credit score. There insurance means nothing......

I have been in connection with a complaint maniger. The reason it was declined according to her.... was as follow....
There are more then one way of retrenching . And my policys arent Wright to cover my claim. No one told me on sighing up for the accounts that its not sufficient enough for any claims.
As i remember they said it will cover loss of work in any way... illness so on and so on.
