Insurance *****

My policy lapsed November 2024 and I immediately call their call center to see if it can be reinstated but unfortunately not I have to start all over again well I open another insurance same people same amount but different premium which is more than previous one the next month they debit and the lapsed premium was also debited, I went to the branch and they say unfortunately they can't refund but they can reinstate the lapsed one by opening another one which is going to link to the lapsed one again same people same amount and different premium and they going to cancel the one that I did on the phone this month of January they deducted twice different policy numbers and the one that was suppose to be closed and still tell they can't reverse or refund, how but I was told they will cancel!?? Even the first time they refuse to refund and still tell me I can't claim 3 times where as I have 3 active insurance with different policy number and covered same people and paying 3 different premiums and they don't want to refund me
