INSULTING ME

I have a loan with 3 instalments left and never missed a single payment. As I wanted to do renovations for Christmas I asked for a loan of the same value, and using a portion to settle the last instalments. I have now been told I cannot afford the loan. Strange, as I have always paid and now suddenly it is suggested that I cannot? I see in my company daily how people that really cannot afford loans getting loans from Capitec and then the trouble it causes. I on the other hand do not \qualify"but Capitec will gladly accept my next three payments"
