Insufficient interest on my multiple deposit account

<p>I made a multiple deposit account with capitec (account name- Popgirls) and was told it will earn 5,35 percent on maturity in 12month, but when i checked my balance after maturity date, couldn't see the amount /percentage which was promised. secondly i was mislead by one of staff member from northgate branch when i made cash deposit of R10 100.00 , i asked how much the bank will charge me for cash deposit and he made a calculation and said it will charge me 92c for every R100 deposited, but when i check the bank charges i was charged today was almost what i expected based on amount which i was told about (92c). </p> <p>i also dispute the percent/amount of interest paid after i've made more deposit (R10 100.00).</p> <p>i would like capitec to be fair and be honest on what they promisd me as a customer when i opened my account with them. i am very disappointed in their dishonesty and misrepresentation of their products.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Daphney </p>
