Instant payment not so instant

Made an instant payment yesterday at 10:30 am to Fnb..Have called them and they give me 7 days story...They don't even care to understand that I need the funds to travel home for a funeral. I am stuck and they still talk about 7 days meaning I must forget about my travel plans because of their system inefficiency.
