installment too high

I have a loan with Capitec, when I took out a loan I was given a shorter term,i complained about it but because I was in need of cash I took the money,now I have so many financial responsibilities at home as I am the only breadwinner I find this installment too high and I don't want to ruin our relationship with Capitec nor finding myself black listed,i humbly ask Capitec to reduce my monthly installment,it does not matter how long it would take me to finish paying but as long as I will afford surely I will finish, please extend my term and reduce my monthly installment to any amount not more than R3000
