Installment taken a week early without my approval.

Monthly installment deducted before my payday. Capitec deducted December installment on the 19th of December without my approval. I did not get paid then and the deductions were taken from my overdraft & I had to pay overdraft penalties. My due date is the 28th of each month I don't know who authorized payment one week before our agreed date.
