Installment reduction

I took out a loan of 107000 with capitec and am paying 4800 per month. I went to capitec to renegotiate my loan repayment inorder to decrease my installment to R2800 for the next 6 months as I am currently struggling to keep up since my budget has changed and I also bought a house recently. I could not even make it past the lady who was issuing tickets as she told me they wont be able to assist me. I went to the bank confident that I will get assistance as on the capitec website [URL Removed] it is written 'If you're struggling to make your loan repayments, you could be overindebted. Visit your nearest branch and speak to a service consultant about rescheduling your repayments. This could decrease your monthly repayment and increase the remaining term of your loan. This is a free service and may save you money instead of adding to your expenses.'<br> I find the information misleading as I am willing to pay capitec and dont want to default I just need to sort out my financial status in the next 6 months and then I will be able to get back on the 4800 installment due. When I was still financially stable I even paid an extra R300.
