Injustice
They handed over my account 2019 and I made payment arrange from 2018 to 2024 and saved enough to settle my account 09.01.2025 and paid everything in full that was due for prescribed debt(supposedly)s. It been 7 months since account were paid but they are refusing to remove hand over status they said it will be discussed 09.01.2026 hence all requirement were meet for clearance .

I am writing to follow up on my previous email regarding the review of my hand-over status. As previously committed by the Bank, I was advised that the hand-over status would be reviewed after 09/01/2026, and this date has now passed.
I would also like to note that I have attempted to follow up telephonically; however, I have not yet received any response regarding this matter.
I would appreciate your cooperation and a prompt turnaround time in reviewing and providing feedback on my hand-over status.
