Infuriated

I had not received an income for a little while and was contacted the collections department for payment. Upon numerous occasions, I informed the consultant that I could not pay and would call to make an arrangement as soon as I could. I asked each consultant to make a note of my response, but was constantly called for the same thing. I've now received an SMS stating that I've been listed as a bad payer. The collections staff have displayed incompetence and I feel harassed. Is it so difficult to make a simple note of a cobsultant's interaction with me? I'd like the calls that were made to me to be listened to and the management team to do something about it.

Now for the public to see, I will post the call information for every single call including the times, durations and dates if this is not resolved. How dare you call me a bad payer if your company has gone out of it's way to make this process difficult for me?

I have called to make a payment arrangement which was agreed to as per a voice recorded call this morning. I specifically asked that no deduction be made from the funds in my account, hence the arrangement. The consultant stated that it wouldn't be.
There have now been two debit debit orders which just went off from my account. So there has now has been a blatant lie told to me by the collections consultant. This is in direct violation of my rights. How is it acceptable that a lie can go unchecked?
I want those two debit orders reversed, otherwise, get ready to wait for your money.
