Inflexible Bank

After the reserve bank 3 repo rate decreases I find out that Capitec has fixed my loan interest rate so I cannot get any relief from the decreases which would mean me paying a lower loan installment. With people's salaries under great strain during COVID this bank is the most inflexible and inconsiderate. What they instead offered me was debt restructuring which would have affected my credit score for months to come. Cannot wait to be done with this bank.
