Inefficiency
I've been to the Capitec branch in Menlyn and everytime i go there, i have to go to another branch and this has happened more than once. Today, the teller was busy having a chat on his personal phone. Everytime i apply for a loan, i always have to leave the branch with great agitation and disappointment. I just hope that this is not a reflection of the overall brand.
