indebted because capitec didnt keep their promise

I switched my salary to capitec bank and they said i must not phone my debits as they will do it for me to my surprise on the pay day all my debits went to my previous bank which had insufficient funds and each debit costed me more than R500 and i call the capitec they send i must go to the branch when i got there i didn't get any joy as they don't want to carry the costs which were made by them am now owing because of capitec. i regret the switch when they advised me to switched sounded so rousy until they failed me on the 1st month my switch
