Incured High Interest On Loan Account

HI !<br> <br> I have a loan with Capitec account number *** which i took last year. I have a deduction of R4800 going off my account every month end at least that was the agreement with Capitec . In the month of September last year I paid an advance payment of R89 000 because i wanted to pay it off quickly. Capitec never informed me that since im paying in advance that they were gonna stop deducting my account and incure interest on my account who in their stupid mind would want to incure interest from a bank instead of paying the dept off, something is not right here and i am appalled by Capitec. My case number with one of the consultants is ***6 Nokwanda Nkombi from Capetown office, she explained that the method of payment was not done correctly which was Capitec fault not mine and explained the two methods of loan payment (ADHOC and Pre-Paid Loan repayment ). In the month of Dec 2015 Capitec didnt deduct my account and i incured interest of about R2000 this is crazzy even in January 2016 same thing Capitec thinks im stupid because they see im paying in advance and are using rate mechanisms to milk me. This is disgusting Capitec must re-reimburse R6000 interest back
