Incredible Service, Thank you Capitec....

I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to Capitec. A few months ago I was involved in the SAPS **** & lost a lot of money. The money was paid from an FNB acc to a Capitec account. Capitec were SUPERB in helping me out & I don't even bank with them. A BIG shoutout to Thokozani Masombuka ( Complaints Management ) for your speedy response, investigation and communication. What a BANK!! It even made me go onto Easy Equities and purchase shares in Capitec. Thank you Thokozani & Thank you Capitec. The service I received from you was incredible!! Absolutely blown away by your customer service. I received more help and guidance from you than from my own bank, who has still not got me any information. I highly recommend Capitec and I will be buying more shares in this brand and business.
