Increase on loan term due to COVID-19

Received an email stating that my loan term will increase , called the call centre they advised it is because of #COVID-19 , during these times where you guys supposed to be helping your clients but instead sucking them dry for more money

My loan has never missed a premium even during this pandemic and I’m still paying back more then what I took and you still telling me you want more

I’d rather close my banking account and move to another
