Increase of installments months

I have a loan with capitec I have paid for some months now. I had 69 months left to pay. Now my months 73 they are saying it's due to the increase of loan insurance. They are ******** us I'm now starting from Zero its like I have never paid anything. It would be better if they gave us our money back for the months we have paid. I've trusted Capitec but now m really disappointed.
