Incorrectly listed under debt review

Under Capitec Records I'm been listed under Debt Review but under all the credit bureaus I'm not listed at all... Not even the forensic department of Capitec can find me under debt review... The consultant at Trade Route Mall called all the relevant internal departments and none could help her.. What is my next step... The company Debt Exterminators does not even exist anymore that add the listing... And yet they can't help me.... What can I do to change my status... Really frastated.
