Incorrect loan missed repayments etc

I took out a loan in 2020 with a repayment period of 22 months, however due to the lockdown 1. I was retrenched, I submitted proof of retrenchment to the bank but the insurance never paid a cent.I was once informed that the insurance company was the one that paid off my debt while this is not the case.There seems to be a misunderstanding somehow.I would like clarity as the consultants at the bank's branches provide different answers to queries 2. I missed 4 installment payments but my credit report shows more than 4 installments were missed 3. I settled the loan within 12 months which is earlier than the initial loan term of 22 months, however Capitec bank has blocked me from applying for credit even though I don't owe anything since I settled the loan in February 2021. 4. How do I go about claiming a refund for all the monies paid to the insurance company to cover retrenchment as they were unable to help me in my time of need Clarity regarding the above will be appreciated
