incorrect interest being charged on the loan account

<p>i went to capitec to settle my loan and i was advised that i owe R66 657.76 and i made a paymnet of R45000.00 into the account on the 02/11/2016 and the balance was 02/11/2016 997 Extr Repayment - 45 000.00 21 657.76 according to capitec . i logged a complaint and i was advised that the will be an advance account that the montly instalments will be debited from until i advise to debit my normail account on the 2016/11/11 when i checked my loan statement i now owe R22 620.50 and when i use the capitec loan calculator thie interet if for people who took a loan of R22620.50 for 36 month am not owing the bank this much for 36 month because i have being paying the loan and i made a lump sum i need you to tell me what is happening because i want to go report to the Ombudsman because am not happy with this bank at all. i want you to call me at 12 lunch time today i am tired of this bank . ********** 397 id no- ********** 323086</p>
