Incorrect information given
In November I decided to enquire about getting a small personal loan. Capitec bank was awesome with there service at first. The lady Monique was great and really assisted me. However a few days later after the loan had been pre-approved I decided to cancel the application for the loan. Monique told me the application would be cancelled however a debit order for the loan installment has just gone off my account. Nice Christmas surprise from Capitec bank...
