incorrect information given

On the 30 Nov I visited Randfontein Capitec to check if I qualify for a loan to buy a car & Ivan assisted me with the application, I qualified for R 100K then I asked him to check how much I will pay for R50K he gave me the installation to my surprise I also received an sms of R50K credit in my acc,when I told him that I just wanted to check then go think about then he said I can just sign because I have 5days to reverse the capital. Today 3Dec I went back to the branch to reverse the credit, when I get there Ivan calls his manager then they tell me that the only way to reverse the capital I have to pay R1917 when I try to explain what Ivan told me his manager tells me about clauses that were never explain to me. They told me that if I don't pay the penalty it means that I am continuing with the loan that I cannot afford. I paid the amount so that the funds can be removed. Ivan didn't give me a copy of the contract, capitalised on my dream for a car and gave me wrong information that caused me R1917. I feel like my bank doesn't care me or my needs and I feel ******* and corned.
