Incorrect info to clients!

Im very disapointed in Capitec. They made the nicest promises to their credit insurance. They stated that there insurance do cover for retrenchment. The agreement I signed state that I am coverd for retrenchment which was something I specifically asked for the first time I took out a Capitec loan. I took out various loans and always paid it. I always paid each and every instalment without ever being in arrears. Now that I got retrenched Capitec refuses to cover my credit with them. I am not able to afford the instalment anymore. Why am I paying for insurance that I am not able to use when I need it? Why do you make empty promises to clients?
