Incorrect deductions

Good Day,

I have a loan with Capitec Bank, I am an employee at Wimpy, East London Beachfront and I get paid weekly. As I was going to take unpaid leave I made an arrangement with the bank at one of their branches because I was not going to be able to make a payment for 2 weeks on the loan I have with them, they then contacted the Head Office to make this arrangement, they gave me an option that they will give me an additional month on the loan term.

I am paying R256.00 per week towards the repayments of the loan as stated on the contract, for the past 3 weeks they have been deducting R700+ per week and I have made contact with them and they are now saying there was an error, no bothered to tell until I made contact with them and this is still continuing. Still, there is no one saying anything.

I earn very little and this has caused stress and too much pressure as I am unable to fulfill my duties both as a wife and a parent. Please assist me in resolving the issue because as we speak I have no money to buy food.
