Incorrect deductions

I have a loan with capitec then I have areas cause I was not working due to covid. I'm back to work now and I've done arrangement in August for 2000 for three months to my surprise they took all my money in August but it was reversed. In september they kept arrangements this month they took double deductions 5000 en something x2. I did call them they said I must go to the branch. I went to the branch en call them they said I was supposed to make an arrangement every month but in September I did not call en they didn't take all of my money.. Why did they take all of my money this time. I'm so frustrated.. They only gave me 2000something...my landlord kicked me out cz I don't have money for rent im sleeping in my car with two kidz. How will I survive the rest of this month so stressed en developing depression.. No food for whole month how will I survive. I have even no uniform for work.. My apartment is locked up they want their rent money.. Plz help me..
