Incorrect debit order date

I am totally not happy with the service I got at Capitec I recently took out a personal loan and when I was being assisted at the branch I was told my 1st debit order will be on the 25 March to my surprise I was debited now 25 February, even the lady that was helping me did show me on the pc that debit will be in March even on the paper work she gave me it stated 25 march I need someone to explain and fix this as I feel this is not fair on me as a client.
