Incorrect bureau updates

Despite my issues being raised previously, the matter remains unresolved. Even though feedback was given that the issue is resolved. I paid the account and settled the full arrears on 19 June 2025. The bank sent an update to the bureau on 26th June '25 statiting that my account is in arrears. I need this resolved.
