Inconvenient CAPITEC

CAPITEC debited my account twice for my loan last month, I bank with Fnb, I had to wait a couple of days for them to transfer my money back into my Fnb account. Guess what the ****ers transferred the money into my useless capitec account.

I had to transfer my money that was taken out of my Fnb account, back myself.

Very unhappy about it. i am complaining here because the ****ed me off when i called the call centre for something else.
