Inconvenience of capitec cost me a house

I asked a friend to borrow me some money to buy a house she came through and deposited the money in my capitec account. When I sent the money to the seller capitec bank hold the money & asked me to send affidavit (imagine I having to explain to use your money) now the seller is no longer what’s to sell the house to me cause of the delay caused by capitec bank
