INCONVENIENCE BANKING-DEDITING BEFORE AGREED DATE

WHY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT BEFORE PAY DAY!!!

I am not even going to phone in, ill come straight here as this is NOT the first time and they will just say its "our payment tracking system" .

I started working 1 November 2022. Just Friday, 18 November 2022,I have made an arrangement to start paying my arrears by 30 November my pay day. My new details was taken etc just to see this morning early hours you deducted the installment which is MORE THAN THE ARRANGEMENT and top it all THIS TIME OF THE MONTH!! my salary will only be paid in next week.

You taking my last money till pay day next week. Then you probably still going to deduct my arrangement amount when my salary gets paid.

Please return my money and deduct the amount as agreed when my salary gets paid in!!!!
