Inconsistent, failure to honour an agreement
I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am with Capitec. I have been retrenched two months ago and I submitted my documents for credit insurance claim. You did approve my claim and confirmed you would settle my remaining loans monthly up to 14 months. In October you paid the first installment towards my loan, November you debited my UIF money instead of you paying the loan as per insurance claim agreement. I sent you email querying it and you reimbursed my UIF money, now immediately after you reversed my debit order, you send me an sms saying I am owing the insurance for the month,I need to pay my installment of R6700. When I check my App for payment updates on my insurance, I see the balance had gone up again. Meaning you never paid my loan for this month. It is so much frustrating and you are not sensitive in how you handle my retrenchment affairs. Only God knows if you are really paying up as per my insurance agreement with you. Please fix it asap. And pay the loan you skipped, update the systems so that I see that I am up to date.
