Inconsistency of service received
Capitec branch in Lenasia signet terrace, went to assist in opening an account for a cousin whom i stay with, documentation was correct, the consultant(her name is Minky) who was at the door viewed our documentation and could see its correct but then said cause the cousin does not know the current address by head they can not assist. So for Capitec bank branch at Signet terrace thats how their FICA requirements work as they said its "process"!!!
