Inconsistence service
As i said on a previous occassion tat i had a loan 5years ago with capitec bank of which i settled it in full i struggled to have my name removed from thrir system i have been told that they can't do yet there were other people names removed and up untill today i am waiting on them.I have been told two wreks ago that they will attend to my complain and that they will come back to me within 5working days which ended yesterday so far no response
