Inconsistant Feedback
We went to Capitec Bank in Alberton on Monday to request a certificate of balance for my deceased Sister account as we need funds to arrange the burial. We were told by the consultant that it takes a day or 2 to get the certificate. We went to the branch today (Wednesday) and we were told that they havent received the letter. My brother called the call centre and he was told that the letter takes about 7 days to be delivered. We desparately need the letter as it has to go the Mashall to approve the Letter Of Authority...<br> <br> We really need help in this regard.
