Inconsiderate Bank.
Capitec Bank made arrangements without considering me as a payer and after that accusing me for falling behind with the payment. They are claiming that salaries get paid early in December. My salary date doesn't change at least they should have arranged with me or give me an option. Now it looks like I'm a bad payer due to them being inconsiderate.

The person did call, apologized and promised that I will not be charged the arrears fees, but when I check my statement the arrears are there for what though cause I paid on time according to the contract I signed. I am still being ****med here.
