Inconsiderate bank

You no sometimes we don’t predict how life goes ,I called capitec to make an arrangement regarding my loan and hoping the interest they will freeze the interest but then again I was told the law doesn’t support that ,but then again what happened if I don’t get a job in the next 5 years in this tough economy. I just feel the law is very much inconsiderate for those who want to actually make arrangements instead of just keeping quiet. I don’t choose to loose my job. I will never even recommend a person to take a loan with you guys. I am not even given a grace period to atleast try and come up with some solution. I am realy disapponted .
