Incompitent bank

What a shocking bank! The service is absolutely atrocious and i'm not even a client. I was assisting my staff member with applying for a loan and was totally shocked by "help/assistance" she received. She was sent back and forth to our business (which she uses public transport to get to) just to print out documents that she had not been told she needed. Then spent the ENTIRE day at your town branch trying to sort out the loan but every time she was almost done, your staff member, that was "helping" her, would find something else she needed or something that was incorrect. I had to phone numerous times to see why this was happening and then, after chatting to the manager and waiting for the assistant to get him to call me again, to sort another thing the assistant had forgotten, she tells my employee that the banks closed and she must come bac**** Disgraceful!!! What kind of bank are you!
