Incompitence from Capitec Transunion not updated with correct balance for capitec peraonal laon

I have had it with capitec ao many complaints ive logged in the past few months. One issue gets resolved and another just reappears. I have a pulled a latest copy of my credit report. Only to find my capitec personal laons balance has not been updated. My personal loan ends in October which is my last installement. This loan has been paid on time and is up to date never missed a payment. Thw balance is showing R3207 on my Transunion Report and should show R1828 which is my last installment due. Capitec you are messing my cresit record up this is affecting my afdordability when applying for finance. I demand that you send a written confirmation to transunionto update the balance on this account your incompitence has made me lose trust in your organization and im 2 minded in continuing my relationship with capitec.
