Incompetetent

A large amount of money was paid into a Capitec account on the 10th of December 2021. They couldnt process the payment. Thus the funds was supposed to be transferred back to the person who paid it. Apparantly it was paid back on the 6th of January. Still not received. On the proof of payment the bank they used isnt even his bank for the refund. Still struggling to get answers. Not responding to my mails anymore or answering their phones.
