I was so impressed with Mercantile Bank for the first year but it seems what they say about a new broom is true!!! The ***** department has blocked my account for 4 weeks now after I've sent them the proof they requested!!! Seems like they are just a whole lot of the same incompetence other South African Banks!!! Don't waste your time with them!!!
